We will be back on the road early in 2025, working on the newest edition of The Sunday Times 100 Best Restaurants in Ireland, which will be published in the early part of the year. Each year when we carry out the research, new themes, new developments, new fashions and new directions emerge, which means the work is always a joy. Ireland’s food and restaurant culture never ceases to surprise us with its creativity, and also its resilience, as new players step up to make their mark on the culture.
