Breaching the Fourth Wall
“What does ‘vibe’ mean, really?” asked Hilary Agro, back in 2016.
Long answer short: vibe means Allta Bar.
Niall Davidson has been chasing the vibe ever since the first iteration of Allta in Dublin, then on through his sojourn in a safari tent on the banks of the River Boyne in County Meath, then back to the capital to a multi-storey car park where he orchestrated Warholian happenings.
Moving down to Docklands gave him a great space for Allta, the restaurant. And now, with Allta Bar, he has nailed that vibe.
