I love your in and out list!! The first two things made me go upstairs and blend a tin of flavoured sardines with salted butter & vinegar to spread on rice cakes! But Obviously all chefs love a no choice menu because of waste. What about a three course dinner no choice? Can we compromise 😂😂😂

Hotel breakfasts need serious discussion. When did it become acceptable to serve such awful food with such little service? In one hotel I visited this year there was barely any staff interaction at all - tea or coffee were from dispensing machines, the buffet (worthy of an article all of its own!) was completely self service and absent of any staff at all and the ‘healthy’ option was a table of some granola bars! With one or two notable exceptions, hotel breakfasts are best avoided. Grab a great coffee and a sourdough croissant from the local bakery instead.
